Responsible for scheduling, project management and expediting from time of RFQ until the job ships
- Assigns lead times for every quote that Ranor produces
- Reviews every new PO for delivery feasibility before Ranor accepts it
- Establishes priorities in Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing
- Continually assesses progress on every job
- Continually monitors capacity in all areas of manufacturing to ensure delivery
Communicates with customers on a regular basis
- Weekly progress reports on all jobs at Ranor
- Schedule updates according to customer requirements
- Coordinates shipping arrangements and deadlines with customer.
